As demanded, photos. My students were embarrassed to be seen with me and my big camera....
Tuesday: Corn chips with ground beef topping.
Notice the fruit cup straight from the wholesale can. Now, there was a side (corn). But it was rather unappetizing. The corn was just a little bit brown, and was sitting in 2 inch standing water. To give you a sense of it, the cafeteria woman did not even ask if I wanted the corn, just handed me the tray without it because she automatically assumed that I wouldn't want it. I tried to get her attention to give me some, but she had turned away to serve the next person.... ah well.
